On time and under budget, yes. Always the goal. How we get there however is mostly type two… I love catering change with thought, collaboration and execution.
I respect the process but at the same time that process is the crutch to success. It’s 2024, there are no ceilings. The opportunities we get are unlike any other industry in the sense that we are our largest competitors. We build on top of prior campaigns, we figure out how to do more with less, how to integrate the newest technology, how to test, how to learn, how to engage and how to be better than the last time.
